Today is another "Simply Sunday" over at Getting Cricky. If you are new to my blog, I am a guest designer over at Getting Cricky. Each Sunday, Kristal puts up a challenge and I and some other talented ladies put up something for that week's challenge as an inspiration. This week's challenge is "Heart Inspiring", basically open field anything we want to create that is inspiring to each of us. Well, most of you know that vinyl is my passion. My DH says "if it holds still long enough, she (I) will vinyl it" LOL So true, but what's wrong with that? Well one of my favorite things to vinyl are candles. You can make them so personalized or fit to your decor. My favorite store, the Dollar Tree, has these candles for a buck...woot woot. So this "gift" cost me maybe $2 and it's gorgeous...at least I think so! I also love these three words...so here you go...
Of course, like "most" of my creations, I used my SCAL to cut out the words and the rose. I don't know where I got the rose from, so if it's yours, please let me know and I will post a link to your blog. So sorry.
The "L" is cut from French Brush Script MT and the other letters are Juice ITC.
I love mixing letters to give it some depth.
I hope I've inspired you to cut some vinyl and would love to see something you've created. Leave me a comment and if you become a new follower I promise to come and follow you also.
As always, have a great day and god bless.
Very-very nice, Mary!!!
